Welcome to Avocet Class!

 

The staff in Avocets this year are - Mrs Newton (Teacher) and Mrs Walling, together with our wonderful Year 4 students are a fantastic team. We promote an ethos of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience; three values which are shared throughout our school community. Through these values, we aim to maintain a happy and engaging learning environment, where everyone’s opinions and ideas are valued and where an enthusiasm for learning is shared.

Avocet Class always promotes using kind words and actions, to both children and adults. We are always up for a challenge and we often work with our talk partners and support each other throughout our learning journeys and beyond. ​

Avocet students require their PE kits on Tuesday for outdoor PE and Friday for indoor PE. Our ​12-week swimming block will commence from April 2024.
